On Wednesday the 30th of November, Youth Pathways Coordinator Aaron Meldrum will be speaking about how to onboard and keep young personnel engaged in your business. Often it may be their first job, so young people may not fully appreciate what is expected of them and therefore need a little guidance. Aaron will provide a great example of how a local business has changed its approach to HR after introducing the program.
