For more than 40 years, not-for-profit employment service CVGT Employment has been supporting people find meaningful work by helping open doors for those who face barriers in entering or re-entering the workforce. In 2023–2024, CVGT helped 21,266 people with support and counselling services. CVGT is committed to delivering positive economic and social benefits to the local communities they operate in through their employment services, community grants, corporate sponsorship, awards and scholarships. Working closely with businesses and industry, CVGT strives to build inclusive practices, improve equality and ensure every person has access to employment.
