This interactive session will showcase how Virtual Reality is already being used by Australian businesses to onboard staff, improve training outcomes, develop skills and create better customer experiences.

Attendees will experience immersive VR technology firsthand, hear real-world business case studies and participate in a live demonstration of Minaca VR’s Managing Customer Aggression training program, delivered by award-winning Australian VR specialists Start Beyond, nbn’s technical partner for the national roadshow.
