CCA operates through three main functions: strategic services, natural resource management (NRM) and regional development. Their goal is a strong and sustainable region, brought to life through the collaboration of resilient councils.
Philip joined Cradle Coast Authority as CEO in September 2025. Prior to joining CCA, he worked as acting general manager of Norfolk Island Regional Council. Philip has over 20 years of experience in environmental affairs, law, project management and senior leadership roles in government, industry and corporate sectors, particularly in New South Wales. Philip is committed to making a positive impact on our region and its communities.
