On the 24th of May, join us to hear from Hellyers Road Distillery’s Managing Director & CEO Derek Charge. Derek has experience across a diverse range of industries. He is a commercial lawyer and former partner of a national law firm, but has spent much of his career in senior executive management roles in major listed companies in Australia and New Zealand. He has accrued strong business experience throughout Asia and over a decade’s experience as director of a broad variety of organisations, including listed multinational robotics and automation company Scott Technology Limited. His tertiary education was in physics, chemistry, microbiology and viticulture. Derek has been a Director of Whisky Tasmania since August 2021 and Managing Director and CEO since September 2022.
